My name is Beth Smeeton and I'm a trauma-informed, Master Transformational Life Coach on a mission to help others have food & body freedom.


I vividly remember struggling with binge eating, emotional eating, extreme dieting, and yo-yo weight cycling for 20 years.


I either felt out of control and ashamed eating everything in sight wondering wtf was wrong with me OR extremely anxious, punishing, restrictive, and obsessive.


The good news is (and why you're here) is that things started to take a massive turn for me when I was going through my master's certification in 2019.


What I learned allowed me to:


1) Decide what I wanted my eating habits to look & feel like

2) Know exactly what, when and how much to eat for my unique body (and never need another diet again)

3) Heal + transform all of my unwanted eating habits.


The transformation I experienced, using the above framework, was so mind-blowingly profound that I immediately started to work with other women who had similar food & body image challenges.


The best part is, the framework I used to heal my own relationship with food & body image ended up working for them as well. As in zero percent failure rate well!!


After years of helping dozens of private clients feel confident and in control of any food situation without counting, tracking, restriction or deprivation, I knew it was time to make this process more accessible than ever with this digital course.

The second step to healing your relationship with food & your body is knowing HOW to listen, honor, and trust your hunger, fullness, & satisfaction. Here I'll teach you simple strategies to easily understand the nuances of YOUR body so you can master your eating habits in no time.

Module 03:

Self Reflection + Evaluation.

The third step to being confident and in control around food FOR LIFE is knowing the root cause of your unwanted behavior (eating way past fullness, saying yes when you mean no, etc.). We'll go through specialized techniques to heal & transform the underlying root cause AND I give you a simple daily journal practice so you never miss a step.

Working with Beth was very powerful for me. I've never experienced food freedom the way I do now. I find myself not always able to finish everything on my plate, not always interested in dessert, or just flat out refusing sweet treats from others. Don't get me wrong, I still eat dessert when I am craving it, but I now know what it feels like to not want those things ALL the time.
